i'm back from my mini vaca and it was great. really great actually.

i needed a little refresher. you know that feeling relief when you get to the airport knowing you're getting away from your normal routine? man, i love that.

besides the laughs and awesome company (i visited my girlfriend who i've known for 20 years. 20 years(!!!) literally. we met in preschool) i realized how she makes me want get my creative vibe on.

is that weird?

...maybe it was all the wine.

i don't know.

i miss my california girl already.

apparently when you wake up with cold sweats, your throat hurts like a mother and you feel so crappy that you zone out during the super bowl in a room of 15 people and barely touch the chips and queso dip (which really... is the main indicator in this situation) you have strep.

i feel like i'm 7 years old. strep throat? whaaaat.

my day has consisted of sleep, ice cream, lot's of reality tv and penicillin.

thank god for real housewives marathons on bravo.
